Some enterprises store and use a lot of flammable, explosive and toxic dangerous chemicals, which are major hazard sources for safety production. Common are gas, refrigerant, foaming agent, organic solvent, paint and oil. There are also some hazards in dust, temperature and pressure environment. Most of the monitoring of these hazard sources are built by specific equipment manufacturers. Basically, there is only local alarm linkage, and there is a lack of unified management platform.

Due to the long time, the centralized alarm can no longer be used due to the transformation of the factory. The previous centralized control platform only had audible and visual notification of whether to alarm, and could not process specific values and alarm trends.

Recently, the on-line monitoring project of dangerous chemicals in the factory undertaken by Aoshima Hongzhi was launched in a refrigerator factory. The main hazard sources of the plant are: natural gas, cyclopentane and isobutane. The main monitoring items include: combustible gas leakage value, grounding resistance value, drainage status, liquid level, temperature, pressure, fire alarm and exhaust speed.

The project makes full use of the original equipment and reduces the cost. The bus system is used, and the original complex and inflexible hard wiring is no longer used. Internal processes are connected, and messages are pushed to the corresponding responsible person in time in case of exceptions. Visualize where safety abnormalities occur in the factory and remind them at the corresponding position on the layout drawing at the first time. The project was officially implemented in March and has been put into use recently, with good feedback from users.
