Since our company was lucky to win the bid for the MES information construction of the new intelligent factory of Daye Steel Cord enterprise in October 2019, Daye Steel Cord phase II was officially launched on August 8, 2020, and Daye Steel Cord phase III project was officially launched on May 28, 2021. At present, phase I and phase II have been perfectly delivered for use, and phase III is under implementation.

With the gradual in-depth cooperation between Daye and Hongzhi and mutual trust, Daye bead division held a project kick-off meeting in the conference room on the 5th floor of Daye North plant on July 30, 2021.

MES system of bead division was officially launched

As early as 2016, the bead factory began to implement the bar code system and manage production through information means, with advanced information awareness. With the continuous development of the industry, the expansion of production and the improvement of management level of bead factory, the current bar code system has been unable to meet the needs of existing production and management. Combined with the fact that the cord business department has completed informatization, automation and intelligent logistics, and realized paperless and automatic management of the whole process, the MES system upgrade of the bead factory coincides with the time.

At the project kick-off meeting, the deputy general manager of Daye, the deputy general manager of tire bead business department and the deputy general manager of Hongzhi put forward their respective visions and requirements for the project. The deputy general manager asked the members of the project team, especially the employees of Daye, to give full play to the spirit of ownership and boldly express their needs and ideas. The vice president of production of bead business division has put forward higher requirements for us, requiring that we should not miss any detail in the implementation of the project, face every existing problem directly and not walk around. This is a challenge for us. I believe Hongzhi's team will rise to the difficulties, meet the challenges, climb the peak and successfully complete the implementation of the project.
