With the arrival of industry 4.0 and the continuous improvement of domestic informatization level, Condor group and Hongzhi reached a long-term strategic cooperation intention on the informatization construction of the group in 2016. Since then, a new chapter of Hongzhi's overseas market has been opened, and the information construction level of Condor group has also advanced from nothing to excellent, and to a higher and faster goal.

In the first phase of 2016, Hongzhi overcame many difficulties, undertook business consulting and software development to software implementation, including language, corporate culture, management thought, software architecture (the concept of not falling behind in 5 to 10 years), multilingual version and other issues, and successfully completed the MES and WMS information construction of four old production lines and three new production lines of the mobile phone factory.

In the second phase of 2017, the construction of mobile phone factory sales system was completed and the integrated information management of production and marketing was fully opened. At this stage, the workshop quality control was further improved and workshop oqc and maintenance management were added.

In April 2017, the management of MES and WMS finished product warehouse of TV factory was completed.

In October 2017, it completed the management of four factories of refrigerators, air conditioners and small household appliances and WMS finished product warehouse.

In 2018, the construction of Condor group level warehouse management system was completed.

In 2019, complete the management of MES and WMS finished product warehouse of two solar energy and washing machine factories. In the same year, the equipment engineer went to the site to communicate with relevant personnel on the automation construction of Condor group, which provided a strong basis for the later information construction such as SCADA, automatic scanning and kanban.

Since 2020, although COVID-19's form is more serious, Condor and Hongzhi still maintain good communication and remote support and consulting services. Communication between SCADA and automatic scanning has not been interrupted. I believe that through joint efforts, we will have better cooperation and a brighter future after getting out of difficulties.
