Hisense Shandong Washing Machine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hisense Washing Machine") is located in Hisense Shandong Home Appliance Industrial Park, Hisense Avenue, Nancun Town, Pingdu City, Qingdao. The industrial park was completed in 2012 and is currently the largest production base of Hisense white goods. In 2017, in order to solve the problem of assembly material error prevention, the energy consumption paste station was overly dependent on the sensory status of the operator, and reached a custom development cooperation with Qingdao Hongzhi for nameplate energy consumption error prevention system.

In August 2017, the Hisense washing machine error prevention system was officially launched. This system project includes two major systems: label error prevention and three-in-one. The label error-prevention system has been officially put into operation in early July. The three-in-one system has undergone major changes from the upper computer software to the control part. So it was not successful until recently. After the successful implementation of the project, the chance of unexpected production line shutdowns was reduced to a few thousandths.
