Zhejiang Tianxi kitchen electricity Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianxi kitchen electricity) is a Zhejiang top 500 enterprise in China. It is a proposed listed company focusing on the production of intelligent kitchen electricity and cooking utensils. The company was founded in 2014 with more than 3000 employees. Its main product, air fryer, ranks first in the country in terms of export volume in the industry. The company has a number of R & D platforms and institutions such as provincial enterprise research institute, provincial high-tech R & D center, provincial enterprise technology center, Guangdong Shunde intelligent kitchen power R & D center and intelligent kitchen power postdoctoral research workstation, and has obtained more than 300 domestic and international authorized patents.

Since October 2020, Hongzhi and Tianxi kitchen power phase I project have reached initial cooperation. Through the close cooperation of the project team and various departments of Tianxi, phase I system has been successfully launched in May 2021. Phase I includes MES systems of 13 production lines.

In August 2021, the A1 plant of Tianxi's new plant was officially put into trial production. After the start of phase II MES system cooperated by Hongzhi and Tianxi, it immediately entered the project investigation stage.

Under the circumstances of tight project time and heavy tasks, the Hongzhi engineer team did not relax its "customer demand goal". After four months of careful and orderly development and testing, the online work of the system was successfully started at the end of December 2021 according to the planned date of the project.

On December 29, Liu Zong, Zhang deputy general manager of kitchen and electricity department and department managers of A1 new plant participated in the project kick-off meeting, During the meeting, President Liu put forward the attitude of Tianxi's management on the MES launch. "All departments involved in the MES launch must unconditionally and actively cooperate to promote the launch. All departments should be aware of the importance and convenience of MES in the production process. No department is allowed to conflict or delay. If there are differences with the business, implement it first and then discuss optimization."

MES phase II project will change the traditional production and management mode of Tianxi kitchen electric, realize the control of important links such as production process control, quality statistics and traceability, material difference prevention and stupidity prevention through the scanning and collection of product and material bar codes, transparent production order information, improve the processing speed of production abnormal problems and improve the overall product quality level of the product.

With the launch of MES phase II project, it indicates that Hongzhi and Tianxi have reached a deep and close cooperative relationship. Hongzhi team has the confidence and ability to complete the development and online work of the project on schedule, jointly participate in the construction of Tianxi digital chemical plant, and help Tianxi achieve the goal of "International first-class kitchen power supplier".
