The bead factory began to implement the barcode system as early as 2016, and managed the production by means of information technology, with advanced information awareness. With the continuous development and expansion of Daye, the production expansion of bead factory and the improvement of management level, the current barcode system has been unable to meet the existing production and management requirements. Combined with the Cord Business Department, it has completed informatization, automated intelligent logistics, and realized paperless and automated management of the whole process. At this time, the MES system of tyre bead factory is upgraded at the right time.

Project implementation process

The Daye Bead Factory project was officially launched on July 29, 2021. After the project was launched, the team members of the project team actively cooperated with the research and discussion. After nearly a month of research, communication, discussion and repeated deduction of the production process and abnormal conditions, the final executable plan was formed on August 29, and reported to all leaders. After the report, the leaders and all production departments were very satisfied.

The next step is to develop the code according to the plan. After the development and test, due to various reasons such as the impact of the epidemic, the project progress is lagging behind. After the communication between various parties, the difficulties such as the impact of the epidemic were overcome, and the MES upgrade of Daye Bead Factory was officially successfully launched on December 7, 2022.
