World Orient International Container (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. is a container factory of Shanghai World Logistics Equipment Co., LTD. Under the rapid development of the company, the demand for information and automation gradually emerged, highlighting the necessity of system construction. In order to realize the informationization and digital upgrading of the production line, with intelligent manufacturing as the main direction, accelerate the construction and promotion of intelligent factories, digital workshops and other intelligent sites, promote the digitalization, networking and intelligent transformation of equipment, production lines and factories, and integrate, transmit, sort out and analyze the factory enterprise management, field equipment and environmental data through the digital management system. Focus on improving production efficiency, improving product quality, shortening production cycle, reducing manufacturing costs, and plant safety control, to achieve comprehensive digital intelligent production management, enabling enterprises to develop in high quality.

This period of the project is divided into three parts: equipment operation and maintenance point inspection system, MES system (cold box - workshop cold production) pilot, three-dimensional simulation system.

Project implementation process

The project was officially launched on July 22. The team members of the project team were very active in cooperating with the research and discussion. After nearly a month's research, communication and discussion, as well as repeated deduction of the process and abnormal situation, the final executable plan was formed and reported to the customer. The next step was to develop the code according to the plan. After the completion of the development and testing, the project schedule lagged behind due to various reasons such as the impact of the epidemic. After various communication and overcoming the difficulties such as the impact of the epidemic, all the functions were put online on December 8th. After the launch of the project, all equipment departments and production departments actively use it and put forward reasonable suggestions and opinions. We also actively cooperate with the continuous optimization of the system, so that the system is more and more perfect. Customer satisfaction is the greatest affirmation for us.
