Since the launch of the Hefei drum washing machine quality project in February 2019, after the joint efforts of both parties, a preliminary online report meeting was held on the 18th of this month. Hongzhi engineers Lu Jinxing, Zhou Honghai, Cheng Shaoliang, Wang Zeqing, and Hefei Roller Lu Kuixin attended the meeting and offered valuable opinions. This marks the formal entry of the quality to the human system into the customer trial phase.

The quality of Hefei roller adopts a new mobile phone business operation mode. The on-site integrated display mode of integrated machine and LED improves the operation efficiency of the construction site and also effectively displays the data. The system is currently with COMOS of the group. The system is docked and integrates the quality information data of CEI. The scope of implementation of this project includes external inspection, inspection, inspection, process, final assembly, internal and external cylinders and other processes. The system optimizes the current business operation mode, standardizes the enterprise operation process, improves the production efficiency, and provides powerful help for the next informationization construction of the business department.

Up to now, the system is only operated on Line 2, and the two parties still need to continuously communicate and continue to optimize during the following system use, and strive to achieve the official online requirements in the implementation of Line 3.
