On April 25th, 2018, Hongzhi dispatched experienced engineers to the United States to assume the important task of intelligent manufacturing in large-scale US subsidiary companies in the United States. The time was very heavy. When Hongzhi engineers arrived in San Jose, the United States, after a brief In the new working environment, under the guidance of the local staff, we drove to the production site in the industrial park to start work.

This time we met with our engineers and compatriots stationed in overseas branches for a long time. After a short period of communication and exchange, we entered the production site with customers to familiarize ourselves with the environment and learn about the situation.

Before going to the United States for business trips, we started a week-long preparation process to make detailed plans and specific solutions for business processes. After understanding the relevant overseas business at the production site, we held a first management-side training meeting with the client unit in the office located in the industrial park. At the meeting, the client unit detailedly learned the related issues and procedures, and asked how to carry out the production implementation plan for the foreign business. Different opinions, participants involved in discussions were positive, and the results were significant.

Two days later, some of the basic information has been maintained and we again conducted formal trial production on the production line with the client. During the trial production process, relevant personnel discussed with us on trial production of the production line and carefully observed each implementation process, which greatly improved the progress of the trial production and deepened the client's familiarity with the operation process. After discovering that the domestic and foreign businesses are different, we formulate a solution in time at the production site, adjust the business logic and complete trial production as scheduled.
