Zhucha Island, also known as Jiming Island, is an island in the sea 8.5 kilometers southeast of Xuejia Island. "Sit and watch the three islands in the Yellow Sea, and the world outside the body is in the dust." This is the most appropriate description of Zhucha Island. The green bamboo on the island is full of vitality, swaying with the wind. Qingdao Hongzhi chose to conduct team building activities here, aiming to let all employees put aside their work, stay away from the hustle and bustle, embrace nature, invigorate the team atmosphere, and infect team morale.

On the morning of September 30th, the friends gathered at Nantun Wharf early to prepare for today's team building activities. At 8 o'clock in the morning, we boarded the reserved speedboat on time and drove on the calm sea towards the expectant Zhucha Island. Everyone had a cheerful smile on their faces.

10 minutes later, we landed on the island. The lush bamboo forests in front of us were refreshing and refreshing. With a little preparation, we officially started today's team building journey. At this time when the tide is low, we are lucky enough to catch the sea, but the sea is rushing to harvest. The whole wild beach is full of small crabs, and sometimes the big conch and stone crabs are caught by hand.

The attentive leaders also prepared other projects for us. The colleagues were divided into two groups. Under the leadership of the local experienced boat boss, they went out to sea to fish. In a battle, all the fish caught belong to us. You can eat whatever you want. You can take it away if you can't eat it

How could the team building activities miss the banquet? It is on the island again. Seafood is naturally indispensable. At noon, we began to enjoy a rich seafood feast. The harvest from the sea in the morning was also processed and served. At the dining table, seasonal seafood such as jellyfish, octopus, standing shrimp, prawns and tigers, conch, sea bass, etc. are paired with beer and beverages prepared in advance.

After drinking and eating, we will continue our afternoon activities. We will go on a trekking around the island together. Zhucha Island has beautiful scenery, like a fairy mountain on the sea, and there are many scenic spots on the island. There are rare and well- protected lava craters in Qingdao. There are also landscapes such as the tortoise hatching, the Erlangdan Mountain, the mandarin duck cave, the linden tree, etc. There are also many naturally formed fishing platforms on the island, and colleagues who like fishing can enjoy fishing here.

At 3 o'clock in the afternoon, we took a group photo on Zhucha Island and exchanged the harvest of the day. After a little rectification, we boarded the return boat and ended the day of team building trip in a pleasant atmosphere.

Through this team building, communication among colleagues has been promoted and team cohesion has been improved.
