To cater to the development of China's industry and keep up with the pace of Industry 4.0, we have been moving-in April 2017, the Shunde Haier Washing Machine Division's Everybody Quality System and RFID Data Acquisition Project were launched!

This project is another in-depth cooperation between Qingdao Hongzhi and Haier Wave Wheel Washing Machine. The goal is to build a factory with transparent quality information, zero delay in the transmission of market quality information, zero obstacles in the transmission of station defects, and zero delay in issuing process notifications. The technology includes three-in-one data verification and collection, kanban pull of warehouse material data, and RFID production data collection and application, etc., which provides data support for users to improve production efficiency and production quality.

The successful start of this project indicates that Hongzhi will escort the information construction of Shunde Haier washing machine quality and RFID production data collection!
