Since reaching a strategic cooperation with a container manufacturing group company in 2022, our company has been continuously and deeply engaged in the construction and implementation of digital factory information systems in various production bases of the group company.


The first phase of the Ningbo Box Factory Digital Chemical Plant project was officially launched at the end of 2022. The construction scope of this project mainly includes three major business systems: workshop production equipment interconnection and monitoring, high-precision digital twinning of short bottom beam composite lines, production RFID, and final assembly welding quality feedback.


The short bottom beam composite line is an advanced fully automated production line with efficient collaboration between processes and flexible production processes. In order to improve the production and management efficiency of the composite production line, it is necessary to rely on digital twin technology to fully interconnect the production line equipment, simulate the on-site production process, achieve unmanned and remotely visible production management, automatically capture production process abnormalities, and automatically alarm. The short bottom beam digital twin system fully imitates the precise modeling of on-site equipment, produces simulation animations based on actual processes, and achieves digital twins on the production site through extensive and necessary equipment signal docking, applying advanced digital twin technology. Without the need to arrive at the site, management personnel can control on-site production at any time.

In addition, the weld quality of each welding station in the final assembly is a pain point in core product quality control, and this system has focused on solving this problem. Through RFID Internet of Things technology, unmanned automatic collection is achieved at each workstation, and the position information of the weld seam to be repaired is automatically transmitted to the maintenance workstation, achieving real-time, efficient, and accurate; The status of repair welding and repair is clear at a glance, efficient closed-loop, improving product quality control and delivery capabilities.

This project received strong support from various leaders of the client and members of the project team. Although the implementation process encountered various adverse effects such as technical transformation of the entire workshop and repeated lockdowns of the epidemic, the project team members overcame numerous difficulties and successfully completed the established online goals of the project on schedule with exquisite professional knowledge, rich practical experience, and efficient work style.


In August, the leaders of the group headquarters went to the site to inspect the first phase of the project. Through their understanding of the project process and on-site inspection of the results, the group leaders and their team gave high praise to the project, affirmed the efforts of the entire project team, and encouraged everyone to continue to deepen the digital construction of the second phase.
